CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand the occasional need to cancel an appointment. Please notify us of any cancellation at least 1 business day in advance. A 50% service fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations with less than 1 business day  notice. Full cost of your service is charged for appointments missed without notice. Personal spa days and the Couple’s Spa Retreat require twenty-four hours notice for changes/cancellations. Group spa events and workshops have unique cancellation policies that will be clarified at the time of reservation.

A 20$ non refundable fee is asked at booking for no call no shows and for those that prefer to book with papal.
